Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, and it was really tasty. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors worked well together. My only suggestion would be to toast the bagel a little longer for a bit more crunch. Overall, I enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

EDIT: Once again here I am driving back to this location after I doordashed and they messed my order up again. This time just sent the completely wrong bagel. I order the oh so hash without cheese, they send me a bagel with ham absolutely drenched in cheese. I'm done ordering from this location. They cannot be trusted to pay attention to what they're doing. So utterly disappointing. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They have taken over as the worst location since Shaw and Marks closed. Every single time I place an order here, I have an issue. Whether it be DoorDash, online order, in store, they screw it up every single time. I am standing here waiting for my order to be remade, once again, for the 50th time. They either leave things off that you pay extra for, add extra things you never asked for, or one time gave me my order completely missing an entire bagel. Today, I doordashed and paid extra for avocado which it clearly says on the receipt, but they decided to skip that part for whatever reason. I call and ask do you not have avocado? They say oh yeah we do. So I had to drive my happy *** all the way over to their store and have them remake my food because I am t

Way to expensive. I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Charged me $2.10 for that and there wasn't enough to cover the other half. My husband had a bagel toasted with butter. Charged .90 extra for that. Ridiculous. Bagels are supposed to come with butter. So we paid almost $9 for two Bagels. The bagels are good, but not enough varieties.

This place is great and always delicious. Only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars instead of 5 is because at 9am they were already out of several kinds of bagels, so options were limited. My order was also wrong when I got to the office, I was supposed to have more jalapeño bagels but instead was given plain. I would still definitely come back to this location, I like to get bagels from here to show my staff my appreciation, they love the bagels and the different cream cheese spreads from this spot.

Here’s a polished version of your review with a little extra flow and polish while keeping your enthusiastic tone: This is officially my new favorite coffee and breakfast spot when visiting Fresno! I got coffee late with oat milk and it was great, and the bagel was so fresh—I went with the Caprese breakfast with pumpernickel bagel, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the café itself is clean, bright, and spacious. I’ll most definitely be back on my next trip!
